Applications For General Exhibitors and Corporate Exhibitors Are Open From Today!
HIKKY (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yasushi Funakoshi) has decided to hold the comprehensive music event MusicVket 5 in the Metaverse space for nine days from August 26th (Sat) to September 3rd (Sun) 2023, and will start accepting applications for general exhibition from April 26th.
MusicVket is a comprehensive music event created in 2020 and held in the Metaverse space. The reason for this was a strong desire not to let music creators and artists lose the opportunity to present their work amidst the ongoing cancellation of various events in Covid-19, as well as a high level of user demand for a virtual event with a music theme.
MusicVket 5 will not only be an exhibition and sale of music by music creators, but also a live music event by artists active in both virtual and real life at a special venue. In addition, there will be a place where visitors can interact with the artists, creating a 'music festival in the Metaverse'. The venue will also be redesigned into a cyberpunk space with a series of skyscrapers inspired by a near-future city.
The public exhibition halls will be equipped with listening booths that can be enjoyed visually and are unique to the virtual space, where participants can listen to and purchase music while interacting with other participants. The design of the listening machines installed in the booths will be completely redesigned. The music can be purchased via 'music data download' or 'mail order CDs', and once you find a song that you like, it can be purchased on the spot via the sales website.
Visitors can easily participate by simply clicking on the URL from a PC or smartphone as well as VR equipment; even those without VR equipment can easily enjoy the event, which is free of charge and available 24 hours a day during the period of the event.
MusicVket 5 will collaborate with Virtual Market 2023 Summer, the world's largest VR event, which will be held from July 15th-30th. MusicVket 5 at Akihabara Entas will be held on July 30th during the Virtual Market 2023 Real in Akiba. A real music event will be held at the eve of the event.
